The 242-unit luxury apartment building located
atop Pier 30 is the first ever to be built on the Delaware River at Penn's
Landing. The design
projects a nautical theme and exterior motifs that are consistent with its
location. The building’s structural technology is post-tensioned concrete
core, columns and slabs. Exterior construction materials at the apartment
levels are primarily brick and stucco face structural panels.
The three levels of garage provide parking for 370 cars and visually serve as a properly scaled base for the 13-floor apartment building above. The gross area of the entire project is 592,000 on a 50,000 SF site for a floor area ratio of over 11.8.
Each of the studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments offer 700 to 2000 feet of living space featuring elegant nine foot living room and bedroom ceilings, contemporary kitchens, beautifully detailed baths, oversized windows, and large outdoor terraces providing breathtaking water, bridge and cityscape views. A state-of-the-art fitness facility, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun terraces also overlook the Delaware River.
