The adaptive re-use of one of the most famous landmarks in the Delaware Valley: The RCA Victor Company’s historic Nipper Building on the Camden Waterfront transforms the six-story 535,000 SF structure (built in phases from 1909 to 1916) into 341 luxury apartments (studio, one, two and three bedrooms) on the upper levels with retail, lobby, administration, and leasing spaces on the lower levels for a total of 400,000 SF of leasable space.  Indoor and outdoor parking at the basement and sub-basement levels accommodates 362 cars.

High 14’ to 20’ ceilings, huge windows, exposed brick, quality finishes, and massive columns and beams recall the building's original form and function.  Some apartments feature a private terrace or balcony overlooking the extensively landscaped inner courtyard.  Building amenities include the luxurious Caruso Room clubroom, three fully equipped conference rooms, a state-of-the-art theatre room, roof decks and observation areas.

The legendary 75 foot tower with four stained glass windows depicting the RCA Nipper dog mascot “listening to his master’s voice” has been carefully preserved and now houses a three level fitness center offering dramatic 360 degree panoramic views.
