Boeing Regional Headquarters Building |

A series of additions over a period of years has
transformed the original modest headquarters of this rapidly growing, privately
held company into an impressive, bustling corporate campus. A data processing/executive
office wing, which forms the “front door” of the campus, was
followed by renovations of existing office space and additional wings housing
offices, computer operations, and food service facilities. New construction
has completely surrounded the original buildings. A conference/training
center was added as a freestanding building in the interior of the site.
The total complex now comprises approximately 150,000 SF
The various parts of the complex are unified by a consistent vocabulary of punched windows, brick with cast stone trim, and hipped, shingled roofs. The traditional look of the buildings carried throughout the interiors recalls no specific earlier stylistic source, but reinterprets traditional forms and construction with a contemporary flair resulting in an appealingly timeless character. This is accentuated by the broad and beautifully landscaped lawns that surround the facility, creating a commanding presence to the adjacent commuter highway.
