Inside the almost-finished Lincoln Square
Just a year ago, the property at Washington Avenue on the west side of Broad Street looked almost like its east side counterpart—vacant. There was virtually nothing in the space, save for a few trucks and beams, an indication of the beginning of a large-scale construction.
Now, a year later, that construction has formed into a towering, nine-story mixed-use development called Lincoln Square, that’s just started leasing. Curbed Philly got a tour through the space recently, including a one-bedroom apartment.
