New 32-story residential tower coming to Logan Square

The Mormon church has unveiled plans to construct a 32-story apartment tower at 1601 Vine St. in Philadelphia, rounding out a major commitment that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has made to the city.

The development will stand on what is now a surface parking lot and next to a temple the church is constructing at 17th and Vine streets. It will be among 50 major projects currently underway in the city. Read the article here.
