Peek inside the new Ludlow apartments at East Market

The first of two apartment towers at the $600 million redevelopment project East Market is ready for its first tenants, with the announcement that it will open its doors in March.

The Ludlow East Market, as it’s called, is an 18-story building at 1101 Ludlow that just started leasing its 322 apartments through Greystar. It’s made up of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms whose interiors were designed by New York-based K&Co. BLT Architects is the building’s lead architect.

Already, tenants have set up shop at the development, including Mom’s Organic Market, the Design Center, Bohlin Cywynski Jackson, and National Development.
