LEED Certification has been such a major focus for the construction industry over the past several years. However Sustainable construction practice and the pursuit of LEED Certification are not necessarily one in the same. Are building designers making a point to design certain baseline sustainable features (above base building code) into their buildings regardless of whether the owner is looking to pursue LEED Certification?
