- Description
Renovations to the former Four Seasons recast the stately, solemn building to exemplify a modern Philadelphia. The original cloistered plan is turned inside out. New openings are created where restaurant terraces spill out to the sidewalk and a new rooftop bar is prominently announced. Public spaces from lobby to ballrooms, the spa, guestroom floors and a new rooftop bar will convey a highly contemporary retake.
Working with two interior firms, our team designed 55,000 square feet of FOH space of uniquely branded spaces; lobby living rooms surrounding bars, a new terraces, boutique retail and spa spaces, anchored with monumental art work. 394 keys comprised of guestrooms, suites, boardrooms were renovated with approximately 100 room conversions. New structures on the roof level house a bar and a new central plant.
