Our mixed use design experience often begins with highest-and-best-use studies that inform a diverse range of programs and size and frequently include multifamily residential, office, hotel, retail, and parking with a complimentary amenity program.
Creating a sense of place that satisfies the diverse needs of clients and users. Creative place making where the sum of program is far greater than the parts, in both user experience and investment return.
The East Market masterplan vision was to create an urban village in the otherwise untapped Market East corridor in the heart of Center City Philadelphia, bounded by Market and Chestnut Streets to the north and south as well as 11th and 12th Streets to the east and west. Ground level retail is energized by extending the retail frontage from Market Street to Chestnut Street through a pedestrian passage called Chestnut Walk.
The renovations of the 34 South 11th Street building for National Real Estate Advisors LLC (with Joss Realty Partners, Young Capital LLC, and SSHReal Estate) will transform the existing warehouse space into ground and second floor retail with Class A offices on the 6 floors above.
