Description

The development of the site adjacent to the legendary Apollo Theater and diagonally across from Harlem USA includes two levels of retail space fronting 125th Street and additional one additional level of leasable space below grade.

One-2-Five Live achieves flexible floor plates and ample street transparency for retail tenants despite the constraints of an urban site. Patrons of anchor tenant Red Lobster enter under the awning to its ground floor lobby and bar; and ascend to the second floor via dedicated stair or elevator emerging in Red Lobster’s dining room overlooking the activity of 125th Street.

Primary circulation elements strategically occur at the periphery of the site, freeing the central 125th Street frontage for a variety of rental configurations. Two future escalators will whisk pedestrians from the street to cellar retailers. Additionally, ground level fa├žade elements of ultra-clear vision glass, textured terra cotta paneling, and a durable granite base contribute to sophisticated pedestrian retail experience. Illuminated banners scroll though the penthouse display window, proclaiming what’s on” at One-2-Five Live.”
