- Description
The renovations of the 34 South 11th Street building for National Real Estate Advisors LLC (with Joss Realty Partners, Young Capital LLC, and SSHReal Estate) will transform the existing warehouse space into ground and second floor retail with Class A offices on the 6 floors above. Originally built in 1916 as an annex for the N. Snellenburg & Company, the project will provide a new modern exterior envelope in a post-industrial style. The scope will include new vertical transportation with large open floor plates, high ceilings, full height windows, new HVAC system, and a high rise lobby. This renovation is the second phase of the transformation of East Market project, bounded by 11th and 12th Streets, from Market to Clover, with future phases extending the development to Chestnut Street.
