Situated at the nexus of Philadelphia’s premier educational institutions, this development addresses multiple constituencies: the Cathedral community; the under-served residents in West Philadelphia; the historic preservation community and the dynamic University City District’s immediate need for quality rental housing.
The program includes 276 apartments targeted to urban professionals and graduate students. The units have floor to ceiling glass, exposed concrete, granite counters, wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Building amenities include everything millennials want including a rooftop deck with spectacular views. Retail enlivens the street corner. Included in the development is a three story, 33,000 square foot office building which includes more ground floor retail; a 24,700 square foot community center with office, assembly and circulation spaces to enhance the function of the Cathedral and a 9,300 square foot daycare facility in the lower level of the Cathedral.
