East Market: The Ludlow

East Market, a name that references Philadelphia’s history in creating the country’s first Market Street, is a pedestrian-oriented urban center. East Market will balance large retail establishments with artisanal shopping and dining experiences, state-of-the-art offices and contemporary living options.

The first phase of a 4.3 acre development in Center City Philadelphia, East Market will feature a 17 story residential tower with 322 residential units, 60,000 sf of retail space, 9,600 sf of digital and static signage and on-site, below-grade parking and loading.
