The FMC Tower at Cira South includes approximately 1,040,000 square feet on 49 total floors and is approximately 723 feet tall. This mixed use building includes 18 combination extended stay / residential floors over 25 office floors with a restaurant space at ground level. There is an amenity level between the office and residential floors with indoor pool, fitness club, business center and rooftop deck with uninterrupted views from over 400 feet above grade.
An all glass curtain wall building with curving north and south facades, chamfered sloping east and west facades boasts an integral lighting system. The lobby space includes a 30 foot high transparent structural glass fin wall system that enable tremendous views of the city skyline. This building is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification with such sustainable amenities as a green roof, high efficiency mechanical systems and reduced water flow plumbing fixtures.
