Lincoln Square is the latest development in the South of South neighborhood. It features 360 units skewed towards new graduates and young professionals. The building is L-Shaped with 2 cores fronting Broad Street and 15th Street respectively with a 350 space parking garage nestled within the L and 70,000 sf of retail. Lincoln Square is within easy walking distance of Center City, the Italian Market, and the East Passyunk district as well as in close proximity to bus and subway transportation.
In addition to a full retail podium, Lincoln Square features a full complement of residential amenities Bicycle storage is in the basement level. Fitness, demonstration kitchen, media rooms, and a business center are located on the 2nd level with access to a roof deck which completely covers the parking garage with a storm water retaining green roof, dog run, and outdoor dining and lounge space. Central to the site is Lincoln Walk, a landscaped, illuminated promenade that doubles as a multi-purpose outdoor gathering space for tenants and community orientated events.
