This PFCU branch office sits on a prominent corner site and consists of approximately 48,000 GSF. Site amenities include an entry vestibule, member services area, teller stations, and associated support and back-of-house spaces.
To restore the building from its originally poor condition, brick clad perimeter walls and interior finishes that includes porcelain tile, painted gypsum walls, and acoustic tile ceilings, were restored and installed in order to modernize the space while creating sustainable solutions.
New insulated ductwork, automatic temperature controls, building management system and related ductwork, interior energy-conserving lighting fixtures, and new restrooms with efficient low-flow plumbing fixtures were key components of the project, which has resulted in LEED NC v2.2 Silver certification.
