- Description
Teknion, a leading international manufacturer and designer of office systems and furniture, used a spatial concept for their new offices that zoned the large floor plate by creating clearly defined axes and cross axes providing a series of visually interesting circulation pathways, vistas and sequence of spaces. Interest is piqued upon entering the building lobby by the vertical onyx wall in the reception area, the vista to the executive offices and the central courtyard. On the far wall of the showroom is a large glass barn door that can be opened to a two-story cafeteria that can be used for entertaining and large groups meetings, thus showcasing Teknion’s full-height wall product (Altos).
