- Description
Repeated renovations buried the bones of Philadelphia’s Bourse Building beneath dysfunctional organization, tired materials, and lack luster tenanting. MRP Realty hired BLTa to re-block and stack for new tenants, design building code and ADA compliant washrooms and craft the Exchange. This new communal amenity space is the catalyst for the value added repositioning of all office floors in the building. Located at the northeast corner of the 9th floor, it boasts a spectacular view to the building’s interior atrium through floor-to-ceiling glass.
The Exchange provides a large kitchen, areas for communal and private dining, lounge areas, meeting rooms and a variety of gathering spaces for collective work sessions. offering shared amenities supports lease positioning for smaller suites and single offices, geared to start-ups and fast growing tenants. A fresh style, within historic brick walls adds essential vibrancy, fosters a sense of community, and sets the tone for those who have outgrown a coworking environment.
