Our built portfolio features over 5,000 units and includes a broad and diverse range of amenities tailored to each client’s target demographic.
Embracing the broader community and resident engagement is critical to our design thinking.
A competition-winning design, the Gateway Building at Lancaster Square is a first-phase mixed-use, multi-family residential building with fifty-nine units located adjacent to Frederick Law Olmstead’s historic Gates Circle in Buffalo NY.
This 483,000 square foot residential tower consists of a three story base with a thirty three-story tower. The brick, cast stone and granite cladding, correct attention to detail with French balconies and well-proportioned set-back facades recall grand apartment buildings of the past.
