Description

The existing building is a six-story, brick-faced, concrete frame structure with a steel frame mezzanine addition above the ground floor for parking. Residential amenities will include a fitness center, bicycle maintenance and storage area, package concierge, and roof top lounge and outdoor deck with panoramic center city views to the south. The existing structure, built in 1908, is on both the national and Philadelphia historic registers, and the project is pursuing historic tax credits as well as LEEDv4 certification.
