Located in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, this ground-up urban infill redevelopment project has 110 market rate apartments loaded with luxury appointments and finishes. The 12-story building includes a restaurant or retail tenant space on the ground level, an interior courtyard at the second floor residential level and an accessible roof deck. Also included is an expansion of the adjacent Freire School into new classrooms in the building’s basement
