- Description
This 13 story, precast concrete building was built on a vacant lot and rundown parking area on the banks of the Schuylkill River facing a newly created park. The building features 270 apartments comprised of primarily one and two bedroom units with some studio and three bedroom units, many of which include private balconies. Building amenities include a fitness center, club room with a sun-deck, and business center. Due to the river front location, the ground floor is raised above grade, providing parking for 75 cars directly underneath the building. A five story freestanding precast concrete garage provides parking for an additional 490 cars with a walkway canopy to the apartment building. The garage is screened from view on two sides by one-sided townhouses.
