Description

This 483,000 sf residential tower consists of a three story base with a thirty three-story tower. The brick, cast stone and granite cladding, correct attention to detail with French balconies and well-proportioned set-back facades recall grand apartment buildings of the past. The tower presents 264 rental apartment units ranging in size from 3-bedrooms to studios, and the base of the building offers 13 townhouses and ground floor retail space.

Three levels of parking below grade right next to the on-ramp for I-676 provides quick access to the whole Delaware Valley region. Residents can enjoy an observation deck on the roof to take in great views of the city as well as a fabulous outdoor terrace on the second floor that opens off of an indoor lap pool, a fitness center and club rooms.
